About the Team

Our team functions as a horizontal strategic engine that drives large‑scale product change by modernizing the Finance ecosystem through a product‑led lens. We transition Finance from legacy manual processes to automated, holistic solutions built for scale and fiscal integrity. We operate as an outcome‑driven unit, ensuring every product delivery or conversion yields measurable operational leverage and that end‑to‑end testing and validation for Finance remains robust, compliant, and audit‑ready. We are expanding our capabilities with automation tools and significant AI investments, and we emphasize developing, launching, and using AI responsibly.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Director will be accountable for and able to evidence experience in:
• A focus on Strategic Outcomes: Identifying and launching AI features that deliver measurable business value.
• Operational Automation: Designing and shipping automated workflows (using LLMs, RPA, or APIs) that reduce manual effort or latency.
• Technical Execution: Collaborating with Technology, Data and Business teams to manage the full model lifecycle, including data definition, evaluating model performance, and managing trade‑offs.
• Responsible Innovation: Partnering with risk and compliance functions to implement AI ethics and guardrails focused on data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency.
• Data‑Driven Iteration: Using AI metrics to refine features and optimize the product roadmap post‑launch.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Salary, Benefits, and Additional Details

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries are listed by location. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated. Locations include Cambridge, MA; McLean, VA; and Richmond, VA. The actual offer will reflect the candidate’s location and applicable pay range.

This role is eligible for performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives may be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
