JOB SUMMARY ~ Deliver and pick up packages.
COURIER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be to work daily and on time
- Have all tools and equipment ready prior to the start of shift
- Pull and sort packages
- Scan, route & load packages into truck
- Customer service oriented
- Deliver and pick up packages in accordance with established guidelines
- Ensure service is made
- Keep assigned vehicle clean inside and out and full of fuel
- Work as a team helping others when possible.
- Keep neat and accurate paperwork
- Obey all Company and Customers procedures and policies
- Obey all rules of the road
- Promote Safety
SPEClAL COURIER SKlLLS NEEDED:
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work well with others
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be Safety conscious
- Must be able to lift 75 Lbs. from the floor to table height and back to the floor
- Must be able to read a map and correlate information with directions quickly
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to pass pre employment drug screen
