Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours Per Week Guaranteed | Projected Start: August 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a 24-bed Medical Surgical Combination unit at a full-service acute care facility
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:6, delivering safe and high-quality nursing care across assigned patients
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using the Paragon electronic health record system
• Float to other units as needed based on departmental rotation requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and positive outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, dress code standards, and unit-specific protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated Medical Surgical clinical competencies
• Must meet travel distance requirements (60+ miles from facility location)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with the Paragon electronic health record system
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting with diverse patient populations
• Comfort with float assignments across multiple units
