International Immigration Consultant/Administrator Reference: PC001606-RC-1 Our client is seeking an International Immigration Consultant/Administrator to manage immigration procedures for foreign nationals. This role, based in Epping, Cape Town, requires strong organizational and communication skills. Join us in facilitating seamless immigration processes. Duties & Responsibilities REQUIREMENTS: Experience in business administration, legal administration, or international immigration administration, or equivalent 3-5 years of professional experience in immigration or a related field. Excellent Communication Skills A moderate to high level of computer literacy would be necessary Residence in Cape Town, Western Cape
DUTIES:
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of immigration paperwork and visa applications. Reviewing immigration procedures and legal statuses of foreign employees. Coordinating immigration casework and acting as a primary liaison with clients and multinational corporations. Assisting with projects assigned by Immigration Manager / General Manager and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintaining in-house country libraries and online platforms related to immigration. Assisting with document control and submission of documents to relevant authorities. Gathering and filing all information pertaining to immigration activities. Liaising with government officials and providing regular status reports. Coordinating with in-country consultants internationally.HOURS:
