Family Medicine Primary Care PhysicianMarin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The Clinics regularly receive national awards from the Health Resources and Services Administrations (HRSA).Family Medicine Primary Care Physicians provides high-quality primary care to patients of Marin Community Clinics (MCC), consistent with their training and expertise, and appropriate to the ambulatory care setting provided. Performs as a Primary Care Provider (PCP) with an assigned patient panel.Our MissionTo promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all.Signin Bonus - $100k-$120k Signing bonus available for select applicants (specific program terms apply).ResponsibilitiesProvides high quality, evidence-based comprehensive outpatient primary care for an assigned patient panel consistent with their specialty training (e.g. Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine) and privileging.Conducts routine preventive care, acute and urgent care, and follow up care for the management of chronic health conditions.Provides consultation to mid-level practitioners working at the clinic consistent with their medical specialty.Participates in quality management activities as assigned by the Medical Director.Participates in the direction and development of health care services provided by Marin Community Clinics as a member of the primary health care team.In addition to regularly scheduled shifts, must be able to work a minimum of three (3) 4-hour Saturday shifts per calendar year, providing medical care to patients within the standard scope of practice. Requirement begins after 90-day training period and compensation for coverage to be outlined in offer. In addition to regularly schedule shifts, required to be available to respond to after-hour calls regarding critical lab results for adult patients throughout the organization for a minimum of 2 weeks per year.
