Responsibilities Inventory Management : Source, evaluate, and manage used vehicle inventory to meet dealership sales goals. Pricing Strategy : Set competitive pricing to optimize profitability while maintaining market alignment. Team Leadership : Train, motivate, and support the used car sales team to reach individual and team targets. Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship-building.
