Preconstruction Manager

Join a growing construction management organization where you\'ll lead preconstruction activities, budgeting, and estimating efforts across complex commercial and industrial projects. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in project success while partnering with clients, design teams, and construction leadership. Our client is a respected construction management and general contracting firm delivering projects across several sectors, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, and specialty construction markets. Description Lead preconstruction activities from project pursuit through handoff to operations. Develop conceptual and detailed estimates. Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts. Evaluate drawings and specifications for constructability. Coordinate subcontractor pricing and procurement efforts. Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions. Support permit planning and early project development activities. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders. Profile Proven experience in preconstruction, estimating, or construction management. Strong commercial construction knowledge. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
