Mental Health Therapist - Professional Counselor - Licensed Social Worker This is a full-time, 4 days/32 hours per week position. Location: (Mon - Thurs) Layton, UT 84041 The Basics Location: (Mon - Thurs) Layton, UT 84041 Salary + Bonus Potential (based on 32 hours per week): Base salary starts at $52,000+, depending on experience and market, with bonus potential bringing total compensation up to $71,520. Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager The Job You’ll Do Part of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day team will see you: Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care. Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy). Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve. The Right Fit Our most successful clinicians possess: Minimum Requirements – Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body. Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues. Salary Range: $52,000 - $71,520 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
