Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Sail Future Psychiatry Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering psychotherapy services to clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, utilizing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining a full caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective monitoring of treatment goals and progress.

• Documenting clinical sessions with precision, adhering to HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

The wage structure for this position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 83,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
