Business Analyst

Location: Warren, MI, 48092 (Open to remote) Duration: 5 months (can extend) 10+ years exp Rate: $84/hr

Role Descriptions:

• Write user stories from high level software requirements with enough technical depth to support engineering design implementation testing and delivery.
• Translate business processes and operational needs into clear functional requirements edge cases acceptance criteria and workflow definitions.
• Partner with technical teams product managers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and reduce ambiguity before development begins.
• Maintain and organize work items in Jira or a similar development management tool including requirements stories defects dependencies and status updates.
• Support lead management and related business process discussions including intake routing tracking reporting and operational handoffs.
• Contribute to work involving Salesforce or adjacent CRM workflows especially where platform behavior data flow or process definition must be documented.
• Work effectively with distributed teams with a preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones to support collaboration.
