Babylist is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Assistant Manager for Day Shift at our Commercial Point, Ohio fulfillment center. This hands-on leadership role owns kitting, picking, packing, SLUs, and drivers, directing the floor across all five workflows and coaching a 60+ person team. Schedule Mon–Thu, core hours 7:00am–5:30pm, onsite handoff with both gaining and losing shifts.
