Responsibilities Assess residents, document current health status and medical history, and ensure accurate completion of Admission Data Records according to policy. Maintain ongoing assessments of residents’ conditions and respond appropriately. Communicate regularly with physicians regarding resident needs and nursing assessments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents’ overall well‑being. Shift & Salary The starting salary for this Midnight RN position ranges from $35.00‑$38.50 per hour, based on experience. Other open positions or per‑diem needs range from $33.00‑$37.40 based on shift preference and experience. Our greatest area of need is currently for RNs working the overnight shift; however, there is great need for other shifts as well as per‑diem.
