Oil-Dri Corporation of America is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to be the first point of contact for teammates needing technical assistance. The role requires strong communication, customer focus, and the ability to diagnose and explain solutions. The position is hybrid with onsite work Monday through Wednesday at the Chicago location, and occasional travel to remote facilities may be required.
