Week 1: Sunday 5:45 am -6:15 pm, Monday 5:45-2:15, Friday 5:45-2:15, Saturday 5:45-6:15 Week 2: Sunday 5:45 am-6:15 pm, Thursday & Friday 5:45-2:15, Saturday 5:45-6:15 GT: 40, Length: 13 weeks, FLU SHOT REQUIRED, ICF FACILITY (all residents have intellectual or developmental issues/disabilities - patient age range is 17-73), Candidates need to be familiar with G-Tubes, trachs, and vents. The candidate needs to be a fast learner, flexible, and team player, Facility Work Week: SUN-SAT
