Role Description The Bilingual Safety Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Richmond, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role supports job sites and office operations by implementing and monitoring safety programs, policies, and procedures in both English and Spanish. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site safety inspections, assisting with risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards. The Coordinator will lead and document safety training sessions, support accident and incident investigations, and prepare related reports and corrective action plans. This role also collaborates with project managers and field supervisors to promote a strong safety culture, provide guidance to team members, and help maintain a safe working environment across projects. Qualifications Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles, with the ability to apply them on active construction sites. Knowledge of Occupational Health practices and regulations relevant to the construction industry. Experience delivering Safety Training to diverse teams, including creating and presenting safety materials in English and Spanish. Skills in Accident Investigation, including data collection, root cause analysis, documentation, and follow-up on corrective actions. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with clear written and verbal communication in both languages. Ability to travel to local and regional job sites as needed and work effectively in a hybrid office/field environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities safely and efficiently. Experience in construction or specialty contracting is preferred; relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, CHST, or similar) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Precision Walls, Inc.
