Position Overview

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while helping lead a team that delivers an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll be responsible for supporting sales and profitability, developing people, maintaining operational standards, and creating a culture built around accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands that strong teams are the foundation of a successful restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations at the department level with consistency and accountability
• Model the company’s core values and service standards
• Support sales growth and profitability through strong operational execution
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain management and hourly team members
• Build a positive culture centered on teamwork, accountability, and recognition
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high operational standards
• Develop future leaders and prepare high-performing team members for advancement
