What You’ll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to foster independence.
• Helping clients participate in community activities and social events.
• Monitoring and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
• Documenting progress and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or working with individuals with disabilities.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Qualities: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are a must!
• Other Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to the unique needs of each client.
