Customer Experience Specialist
At British Swim School, you are not just working a shiftyou are part of a mission to help children gain lifesaving water safety skills. As a Deck Ambassador (Customer Experience Specialist), you are the welcoming face of our swim school. Parents rely on you. Children look to you for reassurance. Your role makes a real difference every single day. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. Pay & Benefits

Part-time Weekends Required
Typical shifts:
- Saturdays: 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM
- Sundays: 1:45 PM 6:00 PM
- Welcome families and help children feel comfortable
- Check swimmers in and direct them to their lessons
- Support instructors and parents during lessons
- Help keep the pool deck organized and running smoothly
- Set up and clean up equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service
