Position Summary Fort Dodge, located 90 minutes north of Des Moines, Iowa, is recognized as a regional hub for retail and recreation. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll coordinate all first-line management functions related to production planning, production output, equipment maintenance, people management, quality, and safety. We’re committed to advancing pet care together. Are you in? Responsibilities Oversee supervision of hourly employees in the pet food processing department. Manage and execute weekly production schedules. Coach integrated work groups to achieve results based on the factory’s continuous improvement plan. Ensure products are produced in compliance with key quality checkpoints and Good Manufacturing Practices. Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Lead by example by enforcing a safe working environment for associates. Must be available to work nights on a 2/2/3 schedule Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment 1+ years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment Compensation and Benefits The approximate pay range for this position is $63,000 – $106,000. Pay is a good‑faith estimate at the time of posting and final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
