We are currently seeking Pavement Maintenance Technicians to join our team. What You’ll Do: Perform line striping, crack filling, sealcoating, and power washing Assist in site prep: sweeping, cleaning, marking surfaces Operate and maintain small equipment like sprayers and stripers Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain a safe work environment Provide excellent customer service on-site Travel to job sites, sometimes working evenings or weekends What You Bring: Valid driver’s license and clean record Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in outdoor conditions Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Experience with small engines or painting equipment is a bonus High school diploma or GED preferred What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay and potential overtime Flexible scheduling (evenings/overnights available) On-the-job training and advancement opportunities Positive team environment and growth-minded culture #J-18808-Ljbffr EverLine Coatings - Southern Maryland & Prince George's County
