Position: Commercial Laundry Team Lead
Pay: $16.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Lead Wash Floor Associate to start IMMEDIATELY at $16.00-$20.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with industrial wash floor equipment and systems
- Load and unload linens for processing
- Monitor washers, dryers, and wash systems
- Push and pull loaded product carts
- Hang clean materials for processing
- Clean machines, floors, and work areas
- Empty lint bags, clean wash aisle screens, break down packaging, and dispose of cardboard
- Clean chemical spills, water, and other production areas as needed
- Assist in other production departments when required
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Leadership experience a plus (coaching, mentoring, or leading teams)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to push, pull, bend, twist, reach, and stand throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and dependable work ethic
- Willing to work overtime as needed
Skills:
- General warehouse skills
- Operate wash floor and laundry equipment
- Load and unload linens, monitor wash systems
- Push and pull carts, fold and hang linens
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols including hazard communication and safety procedures
- Knowledge of garment receiving, flatwork processing, sorting procedures, and production systems
