MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

● Maintain a positive and high energy environment

● Exhibit strong communication skills, verbally and written

● Send calls/emails/texts to follow up with prospects

● Meet with Studio Manager on a weekly basis to review performance

● Educate members on the Eat The Frog Fitness culture

● Provide follow-up communication with members

● Promote the core values, mission and culture of the ETFF team at all times

● Participate and Assist with fitness events, in house and outside of the studio

● Participate in a minimum of 2 work out classes a week

● Communicate and uphold company standards

● Provide ETFF studio tours of new prospects

● Respond to incoming calls and social media posts in a timely matter

● Clean and organize common areas such as front desk, lobby, restrooms and

showers.

● Sell new prospects membership according to their needs

● Process debit, credit and cash transactions efficiently

● Provide outstanding customer service

● Ensure smooth check-in of all guests through properly handling guest accounts.

● Assist members with Heart rate monitors and class check in

● Assist trainers with daily cleaning

● Assist in outreach efforts to local businesses

● Communicate with Studio Manager about member complaints or needs

● Attend monthly all studio employee events/meetings
