Veterinary Medical Director
Location: Ft. Harrison Veterinarians - Indianapolis, Indiana

Ft. Harrison Veterinarians is seeking a strong, forward‑thinking Medical Director to lead the next chapter of our hospital in Indianapolis. This is a unique opportunity for a veterinarian who is ready to step into a leadership role, influence medical standards, and truly make a practice their own—with the full operational and leadership support of AVP behind you.

This position is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys being hands‑on clinically, values high‑quality medicine, and wants an active voice in how the hospital grows and evolves. You’ll have the opportunity to guide medical protocols, develop and mentor a team, influence scheduling and workflow, and help define what success looks like at Ft. Harrison.

Compensation, Perks & More

• Salary: $140K - $160K & 20% Production, based on experience
• No Negative Accrual
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 to welcome you as a full-time DVM
