Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
• Active state licensure, in good standing, as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience or coursework in pediatrics, preferably within school settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to adapt to varied classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services for students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide support, education, and resources to parents and educators regarding communication disorders and strategies for improvement
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and ongoing professional development
