Water / Wastewater Process Mechanical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Water / Wastewater Process Mechanical Foreman to oversee daily operations in a challenging and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and operators, ensuring all mechanical processes related to water and wastewater treatment are executed efficiently and in compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising installation, maintenance, and repair work on mechanical equipment, as well as conducting regular inspections to ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and process operations, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater industry. A solid understanding of pumps, valves, and other mechanical systems is essential, along with proven leadership skills to effectively train and mentor team members. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement process improvements while adhering to project timelines and budgets. A valid driver's license and relevant certifications in water treatment or mechanical technology are preferred.
