What You’ll Do 60% - Strategic Planning: Guide the team in translating client goals into strategic media solutions that grow client brands and guarantee strategic consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation. Lead research initiatives, identifying tools and resources that aid in consumer insight gathering and strategic planning; assist senior leadership with the implementation and development of media briefs, building strategic and tactical recommendations, and client presentations. Share evolving media trends and opportunities with peers and clients, ensuring recommendations incorporate both existing media and emerging creative communication channels. 20% - Supervision/Management: Oversee junior team members’ engagement and interactions with other Horizon departments (i.e., Investment, Traffic, Operations) and media partners. Promote the work of both junior and senior team members, setting a positive team environment. 10% - Relationship Management: Serve as conduit for strategic leadership from senior team to junior team. 10% - Account Management: Anticipate client requests, troubleshoot and problem‑solve with internal teams to proactively provide solutions, engage and aid investment teams with successful campaign execution, and issue plan deliverables to clients. Who You Are A strong writer, presenter and communicator; able to confidently present and sell through ideas both internally and to clients. Preferred Skills & Experience 4+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding media account projects. Experience planning and activating both online and offline media. Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts. Prior experience in a client contact and leadership role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), media research/reporting resources, and buying systems PRISMA and SBMS. Physical Activity and Work Environment There are no requirements for physical activity and work environment. Salary Range $1,635.61 to $1,923.07 a week. A successful applicant’s actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based on skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
