This position may require you to float to Step-down units as necessary, providing a variety of enriching experiences.
In the role of a Med-Surg RN, you will be vital in delivering top-notch care to patients. Your skills and commitment will be key in ensuring patient safety and providing outstanding healthcare services.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies
- Keep accurate and thorough patient records
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required
- Flu vaccination is mandatory with no exceptions
