About the Opportunity

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the Naples market. This role is focused on expanding our footprint within the high-end commercial and residential landscape, maintenance, and site development sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and securing service contracts that align with our reputation for quality and excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and capture new business opportunities within the Naples and Southwest Florida region.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with general contractors, property managers, developers, and HOAs.
• Strategic Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to build brand awareness.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with the estimating and operations teams to create winning, professional bids and contract proposals.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and market trends.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client needs deeply to provide tailored landscaping and site management solutions that add value to their properties.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5+ years of proven success in business development or sales, specifically within the landscaping, construction, or commercial property service industries.
• Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Naples/Southwest Florida market and an existing network of local industry contacts.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to executive-level decision-makers.
• Drive: A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote or field-based capacity.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track sales activities and manage client data.
