Job: Production Laborer
Pay: $22 - $23/hr

Schedule: M-F, 45 hours/week (Overtime Required)
Full Time, Temp-to-Hire Production Laborer Job Description: PrideStaff is working with a premier manufacturing facility in search of a motivated Production Laborer. The Production Laborer will participate on the production team manufacturing precast concrete products. This role contributes to all areas, responsibilities, and functions of manufacturing production while focusing on Continuous Improvement, Safety, Quality, and Efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. This is a full-time production season role (April-November with a winter lay-off period from December-March) with Temp-to-Hire opportunity in St. Michael, MN. Production Laborer Job Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain precast molds, and safely remove finished products
- Cross-train on and assist with all aspects of the manufacturing process
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform production activities and manual labor tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Adhere to all facility safety rules and operational guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must be physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
- Mechanical aptitude is highly preferred
- Previous forklift experience is a plus
- Willingness and ability to work consistent overtime (45 hours/week, M-F)
- Consistent, punctual attendance and strong dependability
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
