We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Indiana, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What You’ll Do Support the Design Verification Lead (DVL) team with coordination of Process Hazard Reviews (PHRs), including scheduling, stakeholder identification, and logistics. Track and manage PHR actions, ensuring timely completion through proactive follow-up with responsible stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and reporting of PHR outputs and metrics. Own and manage the project document repository (EPIC / SharePoint), ensuring correct document storage, version control, and consistency across all project teams. Ensure design teams are compliant with document management standards and best practices.
