Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts

Hours/Week: As scheduled, based on shift coverage

Employment Type: Locum / Temporary

License/Certs: Valid medical license in AZ, Board Certified/Eligible in hospitalist/OB (if applicable)

Experience: Prior hospitalist or OB experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $218.40/hour

Provide expert hospitalist/OB care in a hospital setting

Manage patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

Participate in emergency and routine medical procedures

Document clinical activities accurately in the electronic medical record

Adhere to facility protocols, policies, and safety standards

Assist during critical care situations and facilitate patient flow

Required: Valid medical license in Arizona, Board Certification or Eligibility in hospitalist medicine or OB, clinical experience in hospital or OB settings, excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred: Prior locum or hospitalist/OB experience, ability to work flexible schedule within 24-hour shifts, strong documentation and patient management skills
