Location 8201 S Howell Street,Suite 400,Oak Creek, WI, 53154,United States Base Pay $45.00 - $55.00 / Hour Employee Type Part Time Non Exempt We are looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to execute best-in-class care while cultivating dynamic relationships with patients and team members at Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital Physical Therapy & Hand Therapy in Oak Creek . You will be employed by Doctors of Physical Therapy while representing and working with the well-known Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital physicians and medical teams in the Milwaukee Area . Midwest Orthopedic Specialty Hospital, founded by the physician owners and Ascension Wisconsin, delivers personalized care for your orthopedic and sports medicine needs. Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT) was founded in 2005 by a physical therapist with the main goal to consistently help patients achieve faster, long term relief. DPT currently operates over 70 outpatient physical therapy and hand therapy clinics across Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan. Responsibilities Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance and coordination Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services Medical Specialty Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Requirements Skills Proven work experience as a physical therapist Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Valid physical therapist license Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy Experience Physical Therapist : 1-2 years experience is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY
