Job Summary
We are currently hiring Assembly Line Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Peru, IL. This position involves placing parts onto a moving assembly line to prepare them for the painting process. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.Essential Duties
- Place parts on a moving conveyor/assembly line for painting
- Ensure parts are properly positioned for the paint process
- Monitor product quality and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Assist with other production duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environments
