Night Auditor

Job Title: Night Auditor Company: Shamin Hotels Department: Operations Reports To: Front Office Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager Supervision: None Pay Structure: Paid Bi-weekly Position Overview Night auditors perform end‑of‑day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. They assist late-night guests, process check‑ins and check‑outs, and address other customer requests. They also audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities. Essential Job Functions Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis. Perform and attribute all required audit reports. Verify the status of all wake‑up call requests and ensure they are properly handled. Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Prepare the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset days business. Act as a Guest Service representative during the night time hours. Act as the manager on duty during the night time hours. Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings. Participate in all training and cross training programs. Act as PBX operator during the audit shift. Assist breakfast attendants by setting up breakfast areas as needed. Perform Other Related Duties As Required. Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. Reports to work for scheduled shifts, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy. Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties.
