Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in a clinical outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy services to facilitate patient recovery and return to community activities. The position requires engaging with patients, families, students, and team members while adhering to professional and organizational standards. Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 6 months of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; location within feasible travel distance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy, strong communication skills, and familiarity with clinical documentation. Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients, utilizes clinical reasoning to develop and modify treatment plans, and documents all clinical activities in a clear and timely manner. Performs duties under signed, valid physician orders and in compliance with insurance and regulatory guidelines. Participates in student supervision and actively pursues ongoing professional development. Maintains licensure in good standing and adheres to all applicable professional and organizational standards.
