We invite applications for Board Certified or Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our mental health team at the Kaiser Cascade Park medical office in Vancouver, WA. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff, providing a mix of onsite and virtual care. We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation.

• No call requirements
• An experienced support staff
• Access to a physician-friendly advanced Epic EMR
• Opportunities for leadership positions within the medical group if desired
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
• 4-day work week (50% telepsychiatry/ 50% in clinic) for a.9 FTE

Minimum Requirements:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry

The annual salary for this position is $239,220 - $271,890 for a.9 FTE which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
