Medium Voltage Project Manager / Estimator (Service & Construction)

Apply with Resume Apply without Resume Job Summary Seeking a technically strong, customer‑facing Project Manager/Estimator to develop, price, and manage medium‑voltage (MV) service and construction work. This role owns client relationships, estimates the work, and leads projects from scope walk through closeout. Pay Range $140k-$160k per year Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships; perform site walks and develop scopes. Estimate MV work including underground distribution, duct banks, heavy copper cabling, switchgear, and terminations. Manage projects from kickoff to closeout: scheduling, materials, subcontractors, changes, and documentation. Track job costs, manage margins, and ensure timely billing and financial accuracy. Provide strong field presence—support crews, resolve issues, and maintain quality and safety standards. Use project‑management and estimating software to maintain accurate documentation. Requirements 2–5 years of experience with medium‑voltage electrical systems (5–35kV). Ability to estimate and manage a portfolio of service/small project work. Strong communication, organizational skills, and customer‑facing professionalism. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally. Preferred Experience in MV testing, commissioning, industrial, or data‑center environments. Familiarity with commercial estimating tools and project‑management platforms. Success Indicators Consistent project profitability and accurate estimating. Strong client satisfaction and repeat business. Ability to manage $1.5M–$2.5M in annual project volume.
