Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA, AAR, and customer standards. Troubleshoot mechanical and system issues using maintenance manuals, technical data, and team collaboration. Remove, install, adjust, and service airframe and powerplant components (including bolting, torquing, rigging, and safety wiring). Conduct system checks, testing, and inspections to ensure aircraft safety and airworthiness. Complete accurate maintenance documentation and work orders reflecting progress and completed tasks. Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards at all times. Operate ground support equipment safely when required and qualified. Maintain a clean, organized work area to support efficient operations. Work efficiently to minimize rework and downtime while meeting production goals. Collaborate with team members and leadership, and assist in training or mentoring less experienced technicians.
