Job Specifications Starting Wage: $16.00/hr - $16.06 If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026 Shift Type: Part Time hours available Minimum Age: 18 years Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities Make connections with guests and coworkers Share passion for the mountains during service Follow leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests Operate a point‑of‑sale system to enter orders properly Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday Ski/snowboard after work (optional, location dependent) Other duties as assigned Job Requirements No formal experience required; training provided Desire to learn and grow Fluent communication in English Ability to stand for extended periods, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs The expected pay range is $16.00/hr - $16.06.
