Video Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The DRC-Help Desk Analyst 2 - Video Support role involves managing and supporting videoconferencing operations at the London, Ohio location. The specialist will handle scheduling and processing videoconference requests, provide troubleshooting and analytical support for video endpoints and networks, and ensure smooth operation of multi-site video communications using Microsoft Office 365 and video infrastructure such as Polycom and Cisco. Responsibilities:

• Process and schedule videoconference requests via telephone and email.
• Manage day-to-day videoconferencing operations for a multisite network.
• Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for video endpoints and fiber networks.
• Support conference room meetings, point-to-point, and multipoint video teleconferences.
• Assist with limited audio/video support for off-site management activities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality for all videoconferencing activities.
• Report operational and technical issues to management.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams using professional communication skills.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in video support or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Polycom and Cisco video infrastructure and endpoints.
• Strong professional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work successfully across multiple teams.
• College degree (preferred 4-year degree).

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience managing large-scale videoconferencing networks.
• Familiarity with Polycom RMX and Resource Manager systems.

Special Considerations:

• Work is strictly in-person at the London, Ohio office; no hybrid or remote options.
• Government equipment must not be taken or used outside of the United States under any circumstances.
• Strict confidentiality and compliance with government regulations is required.

• Full-time, in-person work schedule based at the London, Ohio location.
