Senior Vice President, Business Purpose Lending Sales

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced sales executive to lead and grow a Business Purpose Lending (BPL) division. This leader will build and manage a high-performing sales organization focused on DSCR and Fix & Flip loan products while driving significant production growth.

This role is ideal for someone with an established network of investors, brokers, and lending partners who has successfully built and scaled mortgage sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Business Purpose Lending sales organization.
• Build, recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Drive production growth and achieve revenue goals.
• Develop retail, wholesale, and correspondent lending channels.
• Expand relationships with brokers, investors, and lending partners.
• Partner with Marketing to increase lead generation and loan production.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Manage warehouse line relationships and secondary marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations.
• Work closely with executive leadership to execute long-term growth strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of mortgage sales leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading Business Purpose Lending (BPL) sales.
• Strong experience with DSCR and Fix & Flip loan products.
• 7+ years managing sales teams.
• Experience managing P&L responsibilities.
• Experience with warehouse lines and secondary marketing.
• Proven success building retail, wholesale, or correspondent mortgage channels.
• Existing network of brokers, investors, and lending partners.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with a proven history of:

• Scaling mortgage production from growth stage to high-volume operations.
• Leading teams producing $25M-$50M+ in monthly loan volume.
• Building new lending platforms or business lines.
• Working in fast-growing mortgage or fintech lending organizations.

Work Authorization
