Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, NH. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred. Experience providing evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation for geriatric populations preferred. Familiarity with common assistive devices, ADL/IADL training, and therapeutic modalities preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 35. Contract Length: 13 weeks.
