Zur Verstärkung unseresTeams am Standort **Steißlingen** suchen wir einen hochmotivierten **Program Manager (m/w/d)**.Als Teil unseres Program Management Teams innerhalb der Contamination Control Group übernimmst du die Führung eines bereichsübergreifenden Teams, um die erfolgreiche Entwicklung neuer Technologien sicherzustellen und gleichzeitig höchste Qualitätsstandards für unsere Kunden zu gewährleisten. In einem wachstumsstarken und dynamischen Umfeld förderst du die Zusammenarbeit im Team und richtest alle Beteiligten auf gemeinsame Ziele aus.**Deine Aufgaben:*** Ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Maschinenbau-Projekten – von der Konzeptphase über die externe Fertigung bis zur Inbetriebnahme.* Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder, einschließlich Engineering, Operations, Application, Supply Chain, Qualitätssicherung sowie externer Fertigungspartner.* Technische Bewertung und Klärung von Anforderungen, Spezifikationen und konstruktiven Änderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering.* Sicherstellung von Termin‐, Kosten‐ und Qualitätszielen durch strukturiertes Projektcontrolling und transparentes Reporting.* Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Beziehungen zu externen Lieferanten und Partnern; Moderation von technischen und organisatorischen Abstimmungen.* Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektprozessen, Standards und Tools zur Steigerung der Projekt- und Lieferperformance.* Risikomanagement inklusive Identifikation, Bewertung, Maßnahmenverfolgung und Eskalationsmanagement.* Führung ohne Autorität: Inspirieren, moderieren, Entscheidungen herbeiführen und Teams zielgerichtet steuern, auch in Matrixorganisationen.* Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kunden- und Management-Reviews sowie Präsentation projektkritischer Themen.**Unsere Anforderungen:*** Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen (Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Produktionstechnik o. ä.).* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Maschinenbau oder in verwandten Industrien.* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fertigungspartnern, Zulieferern oder Lohnfertigern.* Bekannt mit Projektmanagementmethoden (z. B.
