What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Experience Specialist , you'll help clients understand available benefit programs while providing exceptional customer service through virtual appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online platforms

• Answer questions regarding available supplemental benefits

• Build strong client relationships through professionalism and consistent communication

• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
