Senior Product Engineer
Fast-growing software company
The Role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own software products from concept through delivery, covering server-side services, integrations and the user-facing applications. Work closely with leadership to shape product direction, moving from contributing early on to independently deciding what gets built.
What You'll Do
Build and ship products end to end , including backend services, system integrations and client applications.
Develop evaluation frameworks and feedback loops that improve the performance of AI agents on real workloads.
Instrument failures and convert real usage scenarios into reproducible tests.
Generate and drive product ideas rather than only executing assigned work.
Move quickly from exploring the codebase to owning meaningful pieces of the product and then proposing new directions.
What We're Looking For
3 to 8 years of experience as a software engineer shipping production systems end to end.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/React.
A proven zero-to-one track record with real success; a founder background is ideal.
Strong product sense and the ability to design a user interface and own a product from start to finish.
Solid cloud and infrastructure skills, including AWS familiarity and comfort with infrastructure as code.
Well-formed views on how to design AI agents and on working with AI-assisted development workflows.
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take an ill-defined problem and ship a solution without detailed direction.
A first-principles approach to solving problems.
