Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Perform service work including water heaters, fixtures, water lines, sewer repairs, drain issues, and general plumbing repairs
Present repair options and solutions to customers
Complete detailed job notes and documentation
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
Deliver outstanding customer service and professionalism on every call
Follow company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Professional appearance and positive attitude
