Starting wage is $16.50 an hour and will go up after completing training. Shift Leaders are part of an Inshop tipping pool that is included on the employee's biweekly paycheck. Shift Leads help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Shift Lead plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Shift Leads must execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and lead by example. As a Shift Lead, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
