Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Manage and develop your team.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements

• Must reside in Kansas
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• A Property Casualty insurance license is required. Must be willing to obtain. Training provided.
• A Life Health Insurance license is required. Must be willing to obtain. Training provided.
• Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
