We’re not your typical day program — we’re a busy, innovative adult day care program for seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia to participate in stimulating activities and we need someone who’s ready to hustle and connect.

This role is perfect if you love:

·       Getting rewarded for your hustle (base pay + commission/bonus structure)

What You’ll Do:

·        Split your time between inside membership sales & outside lead generation

·        Build relationships with doctors, hospitals and community partners to generate leads.

·        Cold call, email follow up and manage a pipeline of leads.

·        Manage the sales process, guide families through the decision-making process.

·        Conduct tours & enrollment.

·        Host presentations & events to spread the word.

·        Use tools such as Salesforce to keep organized and track your wins.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a consultative salesperson who thrives on building long-term relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and uncovering client needs. This role requires guiding prospects through the decision-making process, presenting solutions that truly add value, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout their program.

·        2+ years of sales or lead gen experience (outside sales a plus, but not required).

·        Someone who’s fearless on the phone and confident in person.

·        A self-starter who loves goals, numbers and crushing them.

·        Compassion, patience and love for elderly — this is sales with a mission.

·        Valid driver’s license (you’ll be out and about).
