Housekeeper /Facilities Support

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Minimum 25 hours per week
Benefits: PTO and holiday pay available. Full benefits, including health insurance, available at 30+ hours per week.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Facilities Support Coordinator to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment while also providing light administrative support. This role combines housekeeping responsibilities and inventory management duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on work and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping Duties

• Clean and maintain assigned areas to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize common areas, offices, restrooms, and meeting spaces
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed
• Report maintenance concerns or repair needs promptly

Administrative & Support Duties

• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies
• Order and restock essential items such as coffee, paper products, cleaning supplies, and other facility needs
• Keep accurate records of supply usage and orders
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding facility and supply needs

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, facilities support experience 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Basic computer skills and simple data entry
• Reliable attendance and a positive, service-oriented attitude
